There will always be challenges and obstacles in life. Don't let them
keep you from the joy you deserve!
Let's get real. Many of our lives are in a rut. We spend most of our
time in an endless cylcle of working, watching TV, playing video games,
and surfing the internet. Living in a rut can be a fast track to
depression.
Get healthier and happier, make new friends, and improve your
relationships. Happy people tend to live longer, make more money, have
better relationships, and are more creative! It is when we feel good
that we go out and do good things in the world.
Many current attitudes in the world are robbing us of our joy. They
are dividing us and causing us to fear one another. If we continue
behaving in this manner then our negative feelings will perpetuate and
get the best of us. We will become more fearful, angry, divided,
lonely, and depressed.
WHAT YOU FOCUS ON BECOMES YOUR REALITY
Would if you focused more on the fun and joy in your life? Would if
you could be more grateful, kind, and pleasant to be with? Would if
you took just a little bit of time to cultivate your capacity for
happiness? Do you think you deserve it? Can you imagine a life with
more fun and joy? Compare your ability to have fun to growing a
garden. If you nurture and care for it, you will enjoy and prosper
from the results. If you neglect it, it will wilt and die. Have you
neglected your capacity for fun and joy?
Don't continue living a life lacking joy, fun, and happiness! It is
your responsibility to do something about it and you can get started
right now!
You say you don't have the time or money for fun right now? When will
you do it, then? Later? You will probably keep saying this. It will
always be later. Thinking like this will surely rob your life of the
joy you could experience daily.

Who wants to have some fun? I can't think that anybody would say, "not
me." But many of us are living lives deprived of joy. Why? Are you
waiting for someone to give you permission to have fun? Do you think
that you don't deserve it or think that you have to achieve this or
that before you are allowed to have fun? Perhaps you've just hit a
rut. You can change this and it's actually quite easy, but it takes
action.
The Fun Life: Seven Simple Steps to Allow More Joy into Your Life is
designed to get you into action. More application than theory, it
shows you how you can think and behave like a fun person. One example
from the e-book: Smile more. Does this seem silly or stupid? Observe
how you are holding yourself right now. Are you clenching your teeth,
